How to install Tinkers' Construct
Tinkers' Construct wants Forge and nothing else. 1.6.4 to 1.20.1 is the Tinkers' Construct range. Mantle go in beside Tinkers' Construct. It belongs on both sides.
- 1Install Forge for the Minecraft version you want Tinkers' Construct on. It lists 7 of them, 1.6.4 to 1.20.1. No other loader starts Tinkers' Construct. A profile on another version never starts Tinkers' Construct.
- 2Put mantle in first: Tinkers' Construct will not load without. Same version and same loader as Tinkers' Construct. Mantle is not optional for Tinkers' Construct. 1 file go in before Tinkers' Construct.
- 3Drop TConstruct-1.20.1-3.11.2.166.jar into the mods folder. 20.6 MB is the whole Tinkers' Construct file. The server needs that same Tinkers' Construct file. A pack with Tinkers' Construct already has that file in place.
